lucy activewear Releases New Performance Pieces for Fashion-Forward Runners


PORTLAND, Ore. – June 30, 2010 – The lucy® brand’s run collection gets a makeover with this week’s arrival of new eye-catching prints and colorful details.

The newest additions to the lucy® brand’s run collection offer the perfect blend of fashion and performance. Designed to flatter, the new Color Blocked Propel Knee Pant and Distance Knee Pant feature fashion print accents and sleek contrast seaming down the sides of the leg. Both new bottoms are made with compressive, moisture-wicking lucy truetek™ fabrication with ultraviolet protection. They also feature a Coolmax® gusset, reflective piping, anti-chafe flat seams and mesh panels behind the knees for ventilation.

New coordinating run tops are also packed with performance and fashion: Updated print versions of the Propel Tank are perfect for summer running, while the sleek new Distance Half-Zip is the ideal lightweight layering piece. Feminine and functional, the Distance Half-Zip features ultra-flattering contrast princess seaming and reflective accents. Both new tops are made with moisture-wicking lucy powermax™ fabric and feature mesh detailing and strategically placed back vents for maximum airflow.
