I have three of those headbands now: mermaid, black, and the new shadowy white (gray and purple) multi-color one which is really cute on. But the new one is obviously thinner material and as a result does not soak up as much sweat as my solid color ones. I work out a lot and sweat a lot, this is a bit disappointing for me.

I have silky black hair and headbands do slip off often. This one has the gel strip on the inside and it keeps the headband in place. I started vigorous workout 4-5 times a week and for an hour at a time. it is very helpful to keep my hair away and soaks up the sweat. The marmaid color is beautiful.
