I am 5'9', a muscly 150. The Medium Tall fit perfectly as far as size, but were WAY too long. From reading other reviews, I was nervous to order the Regulars for fear they would be too short after they were washed. The flare was a bit too large and dated.

I work out at the gym almost everyday and I prefer to wear yoga pants when lifting weights, running, doing the elliptical or rowing. I like that the pants are form fitting but not so tight that I have to continually pull the pants down. I also like the fact that it covers the tummy and has the added tummy control built in. I also like the new material. I have the old version where the material was more cottony but this material is slicker so my tanks don't stick to the pants, if you know what I mean. I am a size 6, 5'7", and weigh about 145lbs. These pants fit great! I recommend it to anyone who likes form with their fashion!!!

I love the hatha leggings but the pants really didn't fit. Too loose in the waist, weird wrinkles in the thigh and the leg ended about my ankle. (I'm 5'10 so I'm used to pants being too short. I was surprised by the bad fit in the waist/thigh given that my leggings are great.)
