This top allows for great range of motion during cardio activities (in my case, kickboxing) and it looks great too! I got compliments the first day I wore it. I am not very busty (32AA) so I don't have to worry about "spilling out," but I can see how this may be a problem for the more well-endowed. I am 5'1" 100 lbs and the XS fits perfectly. I love the Lucy Cupcakes inserts which give me a little extra "oomph" in the bust department.

I got this to wear in Yoga class, I love how it's so long to cover up the rolls, but... the bust is way too tight... very uncomfortable not sure if I can use it...

Think this shirt is better suited for taller and leaner gals. I am a petite 5'2 1lbs and very fit. I have 2 children and a tiny bit of a muffin top so this top did not suit my figure at all. I have a few of the older models of this top and they fit much better for some reason. Oh well, just not for me.
