Love the pant so much that I just ordered the Capri. The seams, a previous commenter mentions, are what make this pant work; don't change a thing!! I did not want a girdle.....the compression is in all the right places. I wear for my everyday walks and the occasional 5K as well as for running errands about town, looking and feeling stylish, sleek and bootiliscious!
Medium fits great on my 5'6" 135 lb frame (size 4-6 pant typically) I think the previous poster at 5'10" 160 lbs is wearing the same size; that could be why the seams feel awkward to her.

I am an avid lululemon fan but I was looking for other options . I tried a few different pairs ie; Lole, Lucy Perfect Core, Zella and the Lucy Perfect Booty is the only one I'm keeping.

I'm 5'0 111 lbs and wear 4 usually - and the small fit fine. Slightly higher waistband but not binding (no muffin top / pinching)

The visible seaming is a little off-putting but not a deal breaker.

I just wore this capri for race walking and came on line to see if they still had it and in a different color. I had to write because my opinion is opposite the last review. The capri holds you in--in all the right places. It feels like a massage when you are walking. It will be great for Yoga. All the seams are in the right places. I am 5'4" 113 lbs and bought the small.

I really love these capris! I actually wore them right out of the store! I heard about them from a friend and had to go try them on. I totally feel like they improve the appearance of my butt! Unlike the previous review I find the seams to be awesome and really flattering. I was looking for a little "pick me up" in the back and I definitely found it with these! I work at a health and fitness center and plan on wearing these while I work as well as while I work out! Small fit me great and I am 5'4" 135 lbs and wear size 6/8 pants

I was excited when I saw these pants on the website, as I think every woman looks for a workout pant that makes the rear look great. I was expecting a pant that provided great shape while minimizing the appearance of cellulite. I ordered a medium, and the sizing was great; HOWEVER, the style of these pants is just STRANGE! There are seams that run circumferentially around the mid thigh in a place where seams are not designed to be. It's hard to see this in the pictures online, but it's very noticeable in person. It almost looks like the pants were separate pieces of fabric patched together. Second, these pants did nothing to improve the shape of my booty. There are support panels that run under the buttocks at the top of the thighs which I guess is supposed to lift things up, but I think this just made my rear look bigger. There was no change in the fabric and no support paneling on the booty area itself, so if you were hoping for compression/cellulite reducing effect on this area, think again. All in all, I like Lucy's products, but they really need to rethink the design of these pants. If they could add compression paneling to the entire booty area and get rid of those seams, these pants would be a huge hit. Maybe if you have a flat booty with no cellulite whatsoever, these pants would do something for you. I recently purchased a pair of capris from Spanx's new athletic line and was much more pleased with the results. For the record, I'm 5'10 160 lbs size 6-8 pant.
