For your convenience, online purchases may be returned to any lucy retail store for immediate credit. Online purchases may be returned for a full refund within 60 days of the original purchase date.
Returns with an Original Receipt
A full refund will be made in the form of the original payment if items are returned within 30 days of the purchase date. For items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date, we offer an exchange of product or a lucy gift card. Cash or check returns over $100 will receive corporate mail check within 14 days. Returns without an Original Receipt
When no receipt is available, lucy will gladly make a merchandise exchange or issue a lucy gift card for the current selling price of the items returned.Returns With a Gift Receipt
An exchange or lucy gift card will be issued for the purchase price. Orders placed online and sent with a gift receipt must be returned by mail to the lucy Returns Department (see instructions below) in order to receive credit for the purchase price.Price Adjustment

lucy will accept exchanges or returns of swim/underwear that has not been worn and still has the original tags attached.Returns of Footwear
lucy will issue a gift card for footwear that is returned without the original shoe box.
All in-store returns and exchanges require a valid form of identification. We fully guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective items for full refund or exchange.
