Returns with an Original ReceiptFor purchases made in a lucy retail or lucy outlet store, a full refund will be made in the form of the original payment if items are returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Cash or check returns over $100 will receive a corporate check mailed within 14 days or be credited to a debit card. Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
For purchases made on lucy.com, a full refund will be made in the form of original payment if items are returned within 60 days of the order date.
For items returned more than 30 days after the in-store purchase date or more than 60 days for online purchases, we offer an exchange of product or a lucy gift card in the amount of the original purchase.
Returns without an Original ReceiptWhen no receipt is available, lucy will gladly offer a merchandise exchange or issue a lucy gift card for the current selling price of the items returned.
Returns with a Gift ReceiptA merchandise exchange or lucy gift card will be issued for the purchase price.
Price AdjustmentsA one-time price adjustment will be honored when an original sales receipt is presented within 7 days of purchase date. For a price adjustment to purchase made on lucy.com, customers must make their request via phone or email within 7 days of the original order date. Price adjustments are not valid in conjunction with any direct mail or promotional offering.
Returning Purchases to a lucy StoreFor your convenience, both online and in-store purchases may be returned to any lucy retail store for credit. Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. All in-store returns and exchanges require a valid form of identification. For returns by mail, we will send an email to notify you that your return and/or exchange has been processed and the proper account has been credited. You should expect the credit in your account 10-14 business days after we receive your return.
For exchanges, you can include your exchange request on the returns form or you may call us at 1.877.999.lucy (5829) to order your exchange items. We will process your new order, ship in-stock items, and charge your credit card for the item(s). Free shipping is applied to all exchange orders. (Upon receipt of your return we will refund your original payment method, excluding shipping charges.)
