lucy wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns of clean, unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for full refund. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns with an Original Receipt
For purchases made in a lucy retail or lucy outlet store, a full refund will be made in the form of the original payment if items are returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Cash or check returns over $100 will receive a corporate check mailed within 14 days or be credited to a debit card. Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
For purchases made on lucy.com, a full refund will be made in the form of original payment if items are returned within 60 days of the order date.
For items returned more than 30 days after the in-store purchase date or more than 60 days for online purchases, a lucy gift card will be issued in the amount of the original purchase. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns without an Original Receipt
When no receipt is available, lucy will gladly issue a lucy gift card for the current selling price of the items returned.
Returns with a Gift Receipt
A lucy e-gift card will be issued for the purchase price.
lucy does not offer price adjustments at this time.
Returning Purchases to a lucy Store
For your convenience, both online and in-store purchases may be returned to any lucy retail store for credit. Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. All in-store returns and exchanges require a valid form of identification. Find a store near you.
***Items purchased using PayPal must be returned online to receive credit to a PayPal account. PayPal items can not be returned in-store.

3. You may take your return package to any carrier you choose. We recommend using a traceable form of shipment, to ensure we received your return. We do not provide free return shipping at this time.

For returns by mail, we will send an email to notify you that your return has been processed and the proper account has been credited. You should expect the credit in your account 10-14 business days after we receive your return.
