Let’s face it, the days are shorter, and the nights a little colder which make it that much harder to motivate yourself to stay active. By the time you get home from work, it’s already dark outside and all you want to do is pour yourself a glass of wine and watch Netflix. The sun might be down, but it’s time to fire up within and get moving! Here are 4 benefits to working out at night.
You have never truly felt free until you enjoy a night-time jog under the moon’s glow. There are less people in your way, the air is cleaner, and you can be alone with your thoughts. Remember to stay aware of your surroundings and ro bring a running buddy along.
