We think you’ll love our Pants in Lengths collection. But, if you don’t, you can return them on us!

Affix the FedEx Label on your return package. Then, drop it off at the nearest FedEx location (search fedex.com for your closest store).

Don’t live near a FedEx store or drop site? We’ll have FedEx pick up the package from your home or office – just call customer service at 1.877.999.5829, or send an email to customerservice@lucy.com. We’re available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Time.

All orders shipped via standard shipping should be received within 5 to 10 business days. For Standard Delivery, orders will ship within 3 business days of being received.

Want it sooner? Go ahead and expedite your shipment via Fed Ex for an extra charge.

Orders received by 12 p.m. Pacific (3 p.m. Eastern) will ship the same day if 2nd Day Air or Overnight Delivery is selected. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday. 2nd Day Air and Overnight shipments will not be delivered on Saturday or Sunday.

Please note that lucy cannot ship to APO addresses or destinations outside the United States at this time.
